These terms cover your use of the BookedPod website. If you become a client, the Client Services Agreement you accept at signup governs the service itself and controls over these terms wherever the two overlap.
Using this site
The site and its content belong to BookedPod, a service of IMS. You may browse and share it; you may not scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to build a competing dataset.

Content on this site is general information about our service, not legal, financial, or professional advice, and results described are not a promise of your results.
Third parties
Checkout and billing run on Stripe, and testimonial videos are hosted by Wistia. Their services carry their own terms. Podcasts we reference belong to their respective owners; appearing in our placements list does not imply a show endorses BookedPod.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself. Client engagements are covered by the liability terms in the Client Services Agreement.
